12 bay leaves.

Our own locally grown fresh bay leaves harvested from our bay tree (Laurus nobilis) are aromatic because of the essential oils they contain. The leaves can be used fresh or dried and are commonly used to add flavor and fragrance to soups, stews, sauces, and meat and vegetable dishes. Bay leaves are usually used as whole leaves and removed before eating because they are difficult to chew and abrasive to the digestive tract.

Potential Benefits- Antidiarrheal, anti-inflammatory, and antidiabetic activity are used for the improvement of the immune system. Bay leaf is also used to treat arthritis, headache, fungal diseases, anorexia, and colds.
