Dear We Grow Microgreens Supporters,

We want to attend the World Tea Expo because our goal for 2025 is to grow and expand our fresh herbal tea line. We grow subtropical plants and herbs in our greenhouse that make amazing functional teas. We want to learn how to market and promote these teas better. We are one of the only farms in New England growing subtropical plants for teas.  We are committed to educating and inspiring more people about the wonders of fresh herbal teas and their unique properties.

The World Tea Expo takes place annually in Las Vegas and has thousands of tea lovers who come to sell their products, network, and gain valuable knowledge about tea. We are most interested in the educational sessions held at the expo that cover all aspects of the tea industry, from making tea to branding and marketing. Spectating and networking with other tea brands would be an incredible learning experience to help us promote our teas. We also have high hopes that this will be the step that will ultimately make our farm economically sustainable.

Attending this expo would allow us to gain crucial insight into successful tea marketing, sustainable practices, and packaging design—elements essential to growing our brand. We are also curious about the many other ways to prepare and sell teas, and hopefully be inspired to try different processes of tea making. Spectating and networking with other tea brands would be an incredible learning experience to help us promote our teas.

The World Tea Expo has graciously offered us free tickets in exchange for our time volunteering at the event. As a small urban farm, we need some assistance with the flights and accommodations. Our fundraising goal is $1,500 which will cover all flight and hotel expenses. We would love to attend but need financial support or donated frequent flyer miles to make this possible.
